If you are starting a new thought(a new post to the blog) use the New Post option.
To comment on a blog already posted by a member use the comment link at the bottom of that post.
There are a series of new posts and comments to those posts under my Rantings.
No one in our group will see these posts unless they are following the Rantings post.
